Although the city is divided geographically north and south by the St. John River, it is joined socially by the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge, a converted railway bridge.  From Carleton Park on the northside, one can view many beautiful sunsets.  These sunsets give me inspiration to photograph other parts of the city and its 85 plus km of walking trails.
