Freddie, the litle Nude Dude,
sits in front of City Hall. This fountain, with its ornamental cherub on top, was built in 1885 making him two years older than the Statue of Liberty.
The Dunn Fountain, located on The Green just east of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, was imported from the gardens of Stowe House in Buckinghamshire, England. This marble fountain was placed here by Lord Beaverbrook in memory of his friend Sir James Dunn.
The Robbie Burns Monument is located on the Green near the art gallery. This fine statue of the famous Scottish poet was erected in 1906 by the Fredericton Society of St. Andrew, in cooperation with other Scottish societies in the province.
