This 5.2 km trail is the namesake of the founder of Marysville, Alexander 'Boss' Gibson. The Gibson Trail offers a country experience while you are still in the city. It has a pastoral setting where until a few years ago cattle grazed along the Nashwaak River. Benches are conveniently located to offer peaceful views of the river. Birch trees meet overhead to form a canopy with their leaves and graceful evergreens line both sides of the trail.
